John H. Campitelli

        John H. Campitelli, 79, of Pottstown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Onyx Nursing and Rehab Center, Norristown, PA.  Born in Pottstown, he was a son of the late Mary (Tosto) and Daniel Campitelli, Sr.  John worked for many years as a manufacturing technician for General Electric and Burroughs Corporation.  He is survived by his sister, Rosemary Campitelli of Pottstown, and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by five siblings:  Florence, Daniel, Dominic, Albert and Alfred Campitelli.       

        Catholic services for John will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home, 955 N. Charlotte Street, Pottstown.  Public viewing will be held prior to the service from 10:00-11:00AM in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, 701 Farmington Avenue, Pottstown.  Rev. John M. Gibbons will preside.
